【重要】7月2日営業再開予定の延期について 

奥定山渓カムイの森の施設内に設置している確認用カメラにおいて、ヒグマの姿が確認されました。
当施設では、自然災害の影響により園内設備の一部に被害が発生しており、安全管理上必要な設備についても、現在、点検および復旧作業を進めております。

先日、7月2日より営業再開予定とご案内しておりましたが、その後の安全確認の過程でヒグマの確認があったことから、
お客様の安全を第一に考え、復旧作業および安全確認が完了するまでの間、臨時休業を延長させていただきます。
再開日につきましては、現在未定となっております。
営業再開日が決まり次第、ホームページおよびSNSにて改めてご案内申し上げます。

対象期間にご予約・ご来園をご検討いただいていた皆様には、度重なるご案内の変更となり、
大変ご迷惑をおかけいたします。

July 2 Reopening Postponed A brown bear has been confirmed on a monitoring camera installed within the premises of Okujozankei Kamuy no Mori.
Due to the impact of a natural hazard, some facilities within the premises have been damaged.
We are currently conducting inspections and restoration work, including safety management systems that are essential for operating the facility safely.
We had previously announced that we planned to reopen on July 2. However, as a brown bear was confirmed during the subsequent safety inspection process, we have decided to extend the temporary closure until restoration work and safety confirmation have been completed, prioritizing the safety of our guests above all else.
The reopening date is currently undecided.
Once the reopening date has been confirmed, we will announce it again on our website and social media.
We sincerely apologize for the repeated changes in our announcements and for any inconvenience caused to those who had made reservations or were considering visiting during this period.
